Description
The unique, easily recognisable flavour of this Chinese classic is traditionally achieved with rice wine and sugar. Our version features small pieces of our own pineapples and a dash of soy sauce, which perfectly highlights the basic sweet-sour flavours. Served with rice and plenty of freshly frozen vegetables from our own fields.
